Flannel Hot/Cold Pack for Boo Boos

Julia at The Dizzy Daizy made me some Hot/Cold Packs, and they soon became a favorite at our house. Put them in the freezer, and you have a cold pack. Put them in the microwave, and you have a heat pack. My kids love them!

Chris at Pickup Some Creativity gives a tutorial for how to make hot/cold packs with flannel. This is a great way to use up your flannel and cotton scraps.
