What to do with a Fat Quarter?

What is a Fat Quarter, you ask? It is a cut of fabric that is approximately 18" x 22". A lot of quilt patterns call for a certain number of fat quarters, as opposed to yardage. I searched high and low (ok, I googled it) for ideas for using fat quarters. Here are some of my favorites:
